Fleas & Ticks
We work hard to keep our facility free of fleas, ticks and any other harmful insects. We do recommend that you use a spot-on treatment for your pet. We check all pets upon arrival for fleas and ticks and if your pets has them, they are treated at the owner’s expense.

Shot Records
For the health and safety of your pets and others, we require that the following vaccinations be current and up to date.
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella for Kennel Cough.
We do require Bordetella to be given once a year for boarding. When coming to board for the first time, just bring your paper work and records from your vet or you can email us a copy at: bvbk@hotmail.com
Feeding
We do require that you bring your own pet food. Pets do best if they stay on their same food. We prefer that you bring it bagged in individual means in Ziploc bags. If you keep your pet food in a container you may also bring that. We do have limited storage space so please NO LARGE BAGS of food unless your pet is staying for an extended period of time.
Bathing
We can also give your dog a bath before he/she goes home. Just ask about our prices for bathes.
Cats
Our cat room is secluded from the dogs. We have large cat playpens for cats boarding with us.
Dogs
Our kennel is climate controlled inside (air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter) Each indoor run opens to an outdoor run through a doggy door. We have 6 yards and we spend all day rotating dogs in and out of the outdoor yards allowing them to run, play and go potty. Our main goal is to keep your dog clean, happy and safe while he/she is with us.
We use our own food and water bowls so no need to bring yours from home.
You can bring a blanket for your dog or we can use one of ours at no extra charge.
You can bring your pet’s favorite toy and or treats also.
Please let us know when making your reservation if your pet has ANY health issues or is on medication to make sure we can accommodate your pet as best as possible.
NO large dog beds please! Large dog beds do not allow the doggy doors to open and close properly.
